On December 9, we honoured our volunteers at our annual Holiday event to say thank you for the many hours they have contributed.  Volunteers from all areas of our organization were in attendance, including Community Development, Eglinton Hill Centre, Meals on Wheels, and the Adult Day Program. 

 Since volunteers are the backbone of our Agency and donate their time all year long, December is the perfect time of year to reflect on our many accomplishments and look to the future for what's next in 2012.  This year the holiday party was very special because we had two enthusiastic "Days of Caring" volunteer teams from Bank Of Montreal (BMO, 15 individuals) who assisted us by wrapping the volunteer gifts and door prizes, putting up the decorations and setting up the room for the event.  This was a great opportunity to have volunteers helping volunteers!
